Open

Open – I love to immerse myself in nature every day. I have a deep love of the ocean and cold water swimming and the Point Lonsdale rock pools has been a place I have swam in since I was a child. In this image, I use the female form to represent a feeling of expansive openness, to the ocean and the universe at large. I have always loved the patterns that water creates on skin and this image the patterns from the sunlight are so beautiful.  The female form has been layered with other underwater photos of kelp gardens, taken deep in the pools.

All of my photographs are locally printed on white, 100% cotton, museum grade paper and are available in 4 sizes. All prints have a small white, 10mm border and are signed and number in grey lead pencil. Please allow 10 days for printing, postage and delivery.
