Tangled

‘Tangled’ uses the female form to visually translate the feelings I experience while in the landscape. ‘Tangled’ is a feeling I arrived with at Lon, before I had the chance to experience the beauty of the place and unwind. The body starts as tightly bound, looking inward and as more of the landscape is seen and experienced, the body moves into a more expansive and open form. The female form was photographed near the dune shelf and then layered with other landscapes of tussock grasses on the salt flats.

All of my photographs are locally printed on white, 100% cotton, museum grade paper and are available in 4 sizes. All prints have a small white, 10mm border and are signed and number in grey lead pencil. Please allow 10 days for printing, postage and delivery.
